Then, they’ll help you clarify your top personal or professional goals for the upcoming week, all in 15 minutes.

How Your Weekly Calls Work
Each 15-minute session follows a proven framework:
Minutes 1-5: Review last week
For what you set out to accomplish, how did it go? Were you satisfied with the outcome or your habit?
What challenges came up?
What did you learn? Was anything surprising?
Minutes 6-10: Troubleshoot and strategize
What’s blocking you this week?
How can you work around obstacles?
What adjustments do you need to make? Are there things in life you need to scale back on so that you have the energy to devote to your most important goals?
Minutes 11-15: Set clear commitments
What is your specific goal or goals (up to three) for this next week?
Together, we’ll make sure it is specific enough, something we can measure or verify, realistic, important to you, and tied to fixed milestones. This is an ongoing, iterative process that we’ll spread out over your future calls.
Most accomplishments won’t be completed in a single week, and we each need certain lifelong habits for us to be the kind of person we want to be. It’s important to set an achievable goal for each week while keeping in mind our greater goals and purpose, a balancing act your coach will help you maintain.

Our Story
Hi, I’m Alex.
I used to be great at setting goals. Terrible at achieving them.
Every few months, I’d get inspired, and this time, I’d really finish that project, sustain that habit once and for all, and make progress on the things that actually matter in this busy world. I’d start full of motivation, and then life would happen. Distractions. Excuses. “I’ll start again this weekend.” Sound familiar?
I tried everything: productivity apps, books, promises to myself. Occasionally, I’d ask a friend to check in on me, but we’d both forget after a week or two.
The breakthrough came when I started working with an accountability partner. Instead of a traditional life coach offering hour-long sessions, they would call me every week, review what I had accomplished or skipped, help me troubleshoot what was blocking me, and set clear goals for the next week.
It worked. It wasn’t because they had any credentials or offered profound insights about my thought processes. It worked because they showed up consistently, asked the right questions, and gave me just enough structure to maintain momentum without wasting my time or diverting my energy in ways that don’t make a real difference. Your Questions, Answered
Is this comprehensive coaching?
No. This is better than traditional coaching for many people. Coaching is expensive and time-consuming. We’ve found that 15-minute focused calls are more effective for habit-building and goal achievement than hour-long sessions. You already know what you want to achieve; you just need someone to support you in doing it. Simplicity is key to building and maintaining momentum, and it also saves your precious time!

What kinds of goals are suitable?
Anyone aged 18 or older can benefit from building in accountability for their personal or professional development through Progress Calls. We all aspire to be just a little better each day than yesterday. We can help you quickly identify the habits that mean the most to you (whether they relate to exercise, career development, relationship quality, hobbies, and more) and help keep you on track. If you find you are not making progress despite accountability check-ins, often this is a sign the habit or goal might not truly align with your values, which is invaluable information to learn!
How do payment and scheduling work?
When you sign up for the subscription, you’ll pay for your first month (you can cancel future months at any time before your next payment, and there is no required term length beyond the current month payment period).
Once you sign up, you’ll get a link to schedule your regular calls at a time that works best for you!
If you’d prefer text messaging instead of calls, we can do that as well.
Who will be my coach?
When you get started, you’ll be matched with a skillful accountability coach who will be your consistent weekly partner. We believe in continuity. Whenever possible, you’ll have the same coach every week so they can learn your patterns and help you sustain momentum.
All our coaches are proficient in a proven accountability framework. They’re not therapists or life coaches, and their real qualification is simple: they’re dependable humans who care about your progress.
